Meet Irina, a Russian-born British artist and one of our star ambassadors at Mama on Palette!

Moved to Singapore from London five years ago, Irina enjoys painting from life - be it a still life, portraiture, or landscape. Recently you could see her en plein air in the Botanic Gardens and at Fort Canning. 

Irina received a formal training at an art school in Russia. After taking a long break for family and work commitments, she now picks up her brushes again as the family prepares to enter a new stage of life - both of her boys are pursuing overseas studies next year. 

Art offers a helping hand in filling the void left by the children moving out. She looks forward to continuing being part of the local art community and represent Mama on Palette as it evolves and grows with time!
