Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead strategic projects that foster the growth of MoP’s three pillars: motherhood, art, and mental health, including MoP’s annual flagship event, the Mothers’ Day art exhibition.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth project delivery from planning to execution.
- Manage project finances, including vendor payments, donations, and sponsorships, and maintain clear records for Annual Returns preparation.
- Develop and maintain a project calendar, providing strategic suggestions to Board Members.
Volunteer Management
- Supervise and mentor existing volunteers and provide guidance on project delivery.
- Recruit new volunteers whose skillsets align with the organisation’s development plans.
Community Management
- Supervise the Community Manager in administrative tasks, including onboarding new members and finance tracking.
- Monitor community activities in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
- Ensure clear and professional communication from the Board to members and among members.
Fundraising and Grant Application
- Support the Board in identifying and preparing submissions for suitable grants for community projects.
- Facilitate fundraising efforts such as crowdfunding, donations, and sponsorships from start to finish, including material development, liaison, and finance tracking.
Reporting
- Prepare agendas for monthly Board Meetings to present project progress and seek approval for key decisions and budget expenditures.
- Lead the development of the Annual Report and Annual Returns submission.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven Record of Capabilities
- Open to applicants with 1-2 years of experience or seasoned executives, but must demonstrate a proven track record in the responsibilities mentioned.

Strong Sense of Ownership
- Ability to independently manage timelines, finances, and manpower, and proactively flag opportunities and issues.

Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking
- Capable of making decisions in dynamic situations and maintaining composure under pressure.

Commitment
Due to the extensive training and operational information provided for this role, a minimum commitment of 3 months is required.
